Arizona’s voter rolls exhibit concerning anomalies, including 590,529 cloned records (8.62% of registrations) and 476,000 active records that should be inactive based on non-voting history. Scatterplot analysis of voter ID assignments reveals structured mathematical patterns, particularly in Maricopa and Pima counties, suggesting the use of complex algorithms for ID assignment. These include the “Braid” and “Metronome” algorithms, which obscure record relationships through deliberate data structuring. Such techniques do not serve a legitimate administrative purpose and indicate a potential covert tracking mechanism within the voter registration system.
The persistence of inactive records, systematic cloned registrations, and sophisticated ID assignment patterns raise serious concerns about voter roll integrity in Arizona. These findings suggest a need for a full audit to determine when and why these algorithms were introduced, their intended function, and whether they facilitate unauthorized data segmentation. Immediate corrective measures should include the removal of duplicate records and the enforcement of proper list maintenance procedures to comply with federal election laws.
