This report examines Oklahoma’s voter rolls for irregularities and potential hidden tracking mechanisms. While no definitive evidence of complex algorithms was found, preliminary analysis identified 7,057 potential cloned records(approximately 3,500 problematic registrations) and 179,598 records (7.54%) missing registration dates, violating HAVA requirements. Scatterplot analysis of voter ID numbers showed mostly expected trends but revealed breaks in sequencing in 2012 and 1990, which warrant further review. Additionally, voter registration spikes in 2016 and 2020were unusually high.
Oklahoma’s use of a single voter ID system and lack of purged records limit the available data for detecting potential tracking mechanisms. While no hidden algorithms were immediately identified, a deeper investigation is needed to rule them out. Given the presence of cloned records and incomplete data, corrective measures should be taken to ensure election integrity.
